My Journey

My role spans the end-to-end product experience: from defining and prioritizing UX improvements in the roadmap to driving scalable product decisions that align user needs with business goals. I lead the implementation of new features inside the product, unblocking design and engineering teams whenever a decision is holding them up.
Right now the focus is NIXIE, the first AI built for innovation processes and the people who lead them.
I co-create the Product Roadmap, aligning business needs with the UX improvements that emerge from user testing and research. Through AI-assisted coding I can cover a feature's entire lifecycle on my own, from first prototype to production release.
